We accept returns for most products within 14 days of purchase. It must be returned unused, in its original packaging and with the tags still attached. Cost of return postage is at the customer's expense.

Due to safety, climbing gear (harnesses, ropes, hardware) and helmets cannot be returned or exchanged.
