Where we deliver

We currently deliver only to addresses within the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

We do not currently offer international delivery.

Delivery method and timeframe

Orders are sent using Standard Shipping (Tracked 48).

Our normal delivery timeframe is 3–5 business days after you place your order. This timeframe includes order processing and delivery.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will use the contact details supplied with your order to keep you informed.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated using the total weight of your order:

Up to and including 2kg: £3.55
Over 2kg and up to and including 10kg: £13.55

The applicable delivery charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before you make payment.

Our standard online delivery rates cover orders weighing up to 10kg. If your basket does not display a delivery option, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery address

Please check that your delivery name, address and postcode are complete and correct before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders

If your order has not arrived by the end of the stated delivery period, please contact us with your order number.

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we can investigate and resolve the problem.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
